Lyric Opera I

Before Julia left we went on a little trip through the Lyric Opera. Once a year they open their backrooms for two weekends and shuffle a couple hundred people through there.

 

 Aida was on that night so some of the props were up already.

 This Thursday we had a beautifully organized get-together at "Public Works",

with David McGaw as an outstanding and truly funny MC,

 full of interesting and at times quirky stories,

well received by the audience that made it into the sold out show.
